Advantage: No waiting in line ups for the bathroom.
Disadvantage: Getting hit on within a 'professional' conversation.

advantage: don't have to tip toe around female moodiness and insecurities; males are generally direct and to the point
I agree with the bathroom statement, however if there is only one bathroom... watch out!
Another disadvantage: trying to stay interested in conversations centred around hunting, fishing, guns, trucks, boobs, legs, etc......
take it from me, working in an all-female environment is NOT all it's cracked up to be. one needs some testosterone to even things out once in awhile. :)
I wish there were more men in my university classes.
i hear ya on the hunting etc. conversations joanna! to bad the workplace gender ratio isn't balanance all round. some day hopefully!
disadvantage: they don't always pay attention to detail as much, like cleaning and counting the number of expensive pens returned.
advantage: (this one is coming for me next semester)they can usually make a joke out anything.
