stupidstore

does anyone else hate superstore for the following reasons?:

-dusty groceries
-unstocked shelves on basic items (especially on items you know are only sold at superstore such as indian spices or really basic items such as tomato paste)
-crappy produce
-long, long line ups of people with $200 worth of groceries
-lack of price tags
-non-logical positioning of certain items and no personnel to ask the location of these goods
-an underground parking lot where the lights are turned off while people are still paying for their groceries (is that really safe for a single female??)

I guess I could find consolation in the fact that I may be saving money by grocery shopping there, but that is really hard to judge when your grocery bill is $180.

i feel the same way, sally. and it may interest you to know that stupidstore makes their staple items (milk, bread, etc.) cheaper so it appears that you are saving money, but they jack up prices on a lot of other items.
my parents used to own a grocery store and did extensive research on this, in order to compete. there's more, but i could go on all day.
all the same, i too end up making a special trip there for certain items you can't get anywhere else, only to find that they are consistently out of stock on that particular item. gr.
ok. i'm think i'm done ranting. for now.

I am particularly disturbed by large packs of un-parented children. Not just one or two. PACKS! This also only appears to happen at Stuporstore
