I saw the ugliest dog I have ever seen in my life today. I honestly thought it was a black farrel pig wandering around Mazatlán when I first saw it. Later on a drunk surfer saw one of my rashes on my back and asked me if my husband had beat me up (I had previously told him I was married to get him to leave me alone). What an interesting day.

sally... you should really be staying out of the sun with a rash especilly when you dont know exactly what you are reacting to...and when you have special cream that might react to the sun or not be effective in the sun...and perhaps believe it or not people can have an allergic condition to the sun especially when it is so strong and you are not use to the amount of exposure you are getting...from guess who
that was funny. Well it wouldn't be funny if it was true, but it's not so it's funny!
Okay mom, any more comments like that and I am going to start screening my comments! I was NOT in the sun, I was in the shade reading a book and fully clothed (as opposed to being in a bathing suit or birthday suit). I do appriciate your concern, but it is a little embarassing over the internet.
sorry
heehee...oh wonderful motherly concern...it's amazing how it can cross anything-i got it even in Panama too. :)
Is the rash like red bumps?? It may be from the ocean and not rinsing off after...i know some of us came home with some kind of odd rash.
I had a dermatologist appointment yesterday and apparently it is 3rd degree burns caused by getting lime juice on my skin then going into the sun. I had 2 new creams (one that is suppose to take away the brown scars) plus another oral medication. I think I will be emailing Jenn yet again for some pharmaceutical advice.
Pharmaceutical advice is available 24-7 from your friendly neighbourhood Jenn.
Hope those rashes are resolving nicely.
